The holiday season will begin soon. This might be your 1st holiday after your separation or divorce, or maybe it is the 2nd, 3rd or 4th.
In the coming days, you are going to be facing some tough emotions. And due to the nature of Thanksgiving and Christmas--their their focus on family, social events, yearly traditions, expectations and "cheer" -- the emotions can blindside you.
We are here to help with "Surviving the Holidays." You can lessen the emotional impact by knowing what to expect and being prepared.
