Our FREE 90-minute "Surviving the Holidays" meetup is filled with encouragement and thoughtful ideas for navigating the holiday season. The class includes a brief video teaching, a printed "survival guide" for you, along with some interaction time with others who can relate. We'll talk a little about the challenges, look at some of the pathways forward, AND, most importantly, focus on the hope and new beginnings that lie ahead.
