Location off Rte 3 between Culpeper and Fredericksburg. Turn into Lakeview Parkway stop at Guard Schack tell them you are going to the church. Turn left from Guard Shack follow road until you see Church Lane turn left go to end of Road. Go in main entrance to Founders Room.
